After a successful edition in 2019, ICONS and KTT will run another “Interview Preparation” worskshop. The workshop will take place at 3pm this Friday (29^th April) in the Blue Lecture Room.

The in-person session (open to all) will include a presentation on “How to Prepare for an Interview” by Frank Wolfs – a senior Talent Acquisition Director with experience in recruiting for a large number of photonics-based companies and research centres.

This will be followed by a roundtable discussion where you will have the opportunity to ask questions to our panel on how to maximise your chances of success in interviews for both academic and industrial positions.

In addition to Frank Wolfs, the panel (all of whom have extensive experience in interviewing candidates for jobs) will include:

• Dr. Tommaso Caneva – Head of Data, Glovo
• Dr. Laura Rodriguez – Scientific Manager, Iris Technologies
• Prof. Georgia Papadakis – Group Leader, ICFO
• Prof. Rob Sewell - Head of Academic Affairs, ICFO
