Dual-Comb Spectroscopy and Advanced Techniques Toward Chemical and Biological Applications

Dual-comb spectroscopy (DSC) enables us to measure broadband atomic or molecular spectra with high resolution and accuracy at high data acquisition rate. This emerging technology is now widely accepted especially in the community of ultrafast optics, and is expected to be used in a variety of fields. In order to fully use it to applications across a diverse range of scientific and industrial fields, it is important to simplify its implementation and to develop various spectroscopic modalities. In this talk, I will introduce some techniques that simplify DCS and advanced techniques that would be crucial for chemical and biological applications.
