Prof. JOSEPH EBERLY 'Clauser's interferometer and impossible Optics'

Prof. JOSEPH EBERLY 'Clauser's interferometer and impossible Optics'

PROF. JOSEPH EBERLY
Seminar, June 22nd, 14:15. Seminar Room
PROF. JOSEPH EBERLY
Dept. of Physics and Astronomy
Institute of Optics
University of Rochester
New York, USA
This presentation will make a brief excursion into a new frontier of physics and optics related to "Schrödinger's Cat". The Clauser Interferometer was the first in a new line of optical devices designed for direct observation of non-reality. Several variations of that instrument are now providing evidence about the reality of the natural world. There is an old question whether something is there if you don't look. The mysterious and magical answers being recorded are making some people uncomfortable.

Seminar, 22nd of June, 14:15h. Conference Room
