June is known around the world as the LGBTQIA+ Pride Month in commemoration of the Stonewall Riots (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stonewall_riots) in June 1969 that started an LGBTQ+ rights movement.

Diversity and inclusivity are core ICFOnian values, and all year long, through activities supported by the SPIE@ICFO Chair, ICFO reiterates our commitment to promote a safe and inclusive space for all members of our community regardless of their gender, nationality or sexual orientation.

This Pride Month, ICFO’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee would like to invite you to join the different activities that have been organized, proposed by members of the ICFOnians community.

Representation and visibility in media and art is important, as well as giving a voice to queer writers.
