Facilities – NM3 Platform
The Nano-Photonics, Nano-Optoelectronic Materials and Bio-Nano-Materials Manufacturing and Characterization platform (NM3) comprises specialized equipment and general-purpose services.
The platform includes three dedicated clean room spaces for micro- and nano-fabrication (NFL) equipment, nano-characterization equipment (NCL), and microscopy equipment and super-resolution optical imaging (SLN). It also features general R&D facilities: the Chemistry (BCL), Biology (BBL), and Post-Processing (PPL) laboratories, and advanced mechanical and electronic engineering services (AEL).
The platform serves all internal research staff and offers access to external collaborators from industry, research centers, hospitals, and universities in relevant subject areas.
